Audra Schmitt is a respected educator with over 33 years of experience in education. In her career as an educator, she has served as a social studies teacher, curriculum director, professional development leader and building administrator. Her work in suburban, urban and rural school districts provides her with an important grounding in leadership work across the Greater Rochester region. Audra is currently an adjunct in the SUNY Oswego CAS program and an educational research consultant for the University of Rochester. Her focus is to help building leaders design impactful programs and support students with meaningful curriculum and engaging instruction. 

Audra is a graduate of Arizona State University, Nazareth College and an alumnus of the CAS program at SUNY Oswego. She is the proud mom of three grown sons and a fan of tailgating at college football games.
