Joe Samuels is a Web Developer at SUNY Oswego with more than a decade of experience in software development and system support. His background includes roles at CSS Health and Cayuga Community College, where he built a strong foundation in user-focused technology solutions.
Since 2018, Joe has contributed to enhancing SUNY Oswego’s digital infrastructure as a Programmer/Analyst, helping improve the tools and platforms that serve students, faculty, and staff. He holds a B.A. from SUNY Oswego and an A.A.S. from Cayuga Community College.
Outside of work, Joe is a passionate supporter of card games and the communities they create. He owns and operates a local comic book store, where he helps others explore their interests through games, storytelling, and connection.
