Dr. Skolnik received his Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Dr. Skolnik served as the SUNY Oswego MBA Director, Accounting, Finance, and Law Department chair, and Interim Dean. He was also Dean of the School of Business from 2008 to 2019. He is the School of Business CFA liaison and teaches corporate finance. He has volunteered for the CFA Institute in numerous capacities since 1997.
