Victoria Rankin Sorell is an Academic Success Advisor in the Advisement Center serving first-year and transfer students from various majors (see below!). Victoria is also an alum, having earned her BS in Applied Mathematical Economics from SUNY Oswego. In addition to advising her current caseload, Victoria also offers support to readmitted students as a Retention Specialist and teaches a section of EDU 104.
Outside of academia, Victoria likes to crochet, hike (she is currently working towards the ADK 46ers), and tend to her many houseplants. She enjoys staying active by joining recreational sports leagues and spending time outdoors with friends.
