Advisement
The Advisement Center helps students transition from high school and other institutions to the SUNY Oswego community. Even before you start your first semester we are by your side providing academic advising and introducing you to campus-wide resources, services, and experiences that will help you thrive academically and socially.
Textbooks
We have a large selection of new and used textbooks. Many people assume we will be higher priced than our competitors. We have great prices, a convenient location, and there is no sales tax on required course materials.
International Language and Education Center
ILEC offers several programs that help speakers of other languages to increase their English proficiency and become familiar with American culture.
Office of Learning Services
The Office of Learning Services offers free walk-in and appointment-based academic tutoring, math workshops and writing services.
Penfield Library
Our library is fully equipped to help you study, research and learn — from our 24 hour quiet study room, our shared interlibrary loan and research databases to our subject specialists in your field of study — we are an invaluable resource for academic success.
Registrars
The Registrars office assists the college community of current students, alumni, parents, faculty members, administrators and staff with a wide variety of needs related to student records and registration of courses.
Technology Services
Campus Technology Services (CTS) supports faculty, staff and students, training, learning management support, multimedia support, promotion and awareness of CTS services and outages, desktop support and repair, computer lab management, campus software licensing and more.
