Transforming School Discipline

Overview

This microcredential provides educators with a practical foundation in school climate improvement and effective discipline practices. Through focused coursework, participants learn to analyze schoolwide discipline data, identify patterns and root causes of behavior challenges, and implement proactive, restorative approaches that foster positive learning environments. The program equips educators with evidence-based strategies and a structured framework for developing equitable discipline systems that support student success.
