Dr. Yuhyeon Seo is a psycholinguist who studies cross-linguistic influence in human language among bilingual speakers. His research investigates how different languages interact within the mind, with a particular focus on the cognitive mechanisms driving cross-linguistic influence in speech perception and production. He also examines how varying linguistic backgrounds shape these cognitive interactions. His research aims to expand our understanding of bilingualism and cognition, with implications for language acquisition, use, and treatment.
