Rick Buck serves as the Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management at SUNY Oswego, where he leads recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and student success initiatives. With more than 16 years of experience at the university, he is known for advancing digital transformation, data-informed strategy, and cross-campus collaboration.
Previously the Assistant Vice President for Communications and Marketing, Rick strengthened Oswego’s brand and modernized its digital experience—work recognized with the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service. He holds a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from SUNY Oswego.
