Kendra Cadogan is SUNY Oswego’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. In addition to helping create an equitable and inclusive environment at Oswego, Cadogan leads the implementation of the university’s strategic diversity and inclusion goals, and manages strategic planning for the Institute.
Prior to joining Oswego, Cadogan served as the Senior Associate for Program and Policy Evaluation at SUNY System Administration. In this role, she provided system-wide leadership for best practices related to recruiting and retaining diverse students through scholarship and fellowships initiatives. Cadogan also served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she managed strategic planning and development of DEI related policies and programs. She earned her Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and sociology from the University at Buffalo.
