Save the date for the Oswego Giving Challenge

The SUNY Oswego campus community will come together with Lakers everywhere to support today’s students for the 1861 Giving Challenge, Oct. 1-2.
Steve Messina of the Class of 1991 has issued a bold challenge: If 861 people make a gift within 1,861 minutes, he will donate $250,000 to SUNY Oswego to help provide students with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.
The challenge begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, and ends at 3:01 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2.
