Write Ways session to discuss 'Writing in MLA Style'

Stephanie Pritchard will present "Writing in MLA Style" at 3 p.m. Friday, April 16, in the next installment of the college's Write Ways Series.

This workshop will discuss MLA style paper requirements such as formatting, in-text citations, constructing a works cited page and helpful resources, as well as recent MLA guidelines.

For the Spring 2021 semester, all Write Ways Series workshops will run 3 to 4 p.m. as virtual events via this Zoom link.

All workshops are free and open to the campus community, and unfold as interactive sessions to improve writing skills -- from comma usage to crafting effective emails to planning your essay and more. No registration is required.

Contact Steven Smith ([email protected]) or Stephanie Pritchard ([email protected]) if you have questions.

The Write Ways Series is sponsored by the Office of Learning Services Writing Center and the Writing Fellows Program.
