A planned maintenance of Blackboard is scheduled from 10:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, through 6 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4. During this time, Blackboard functionality will be intermittent as our hosting provider’s Internet connection undergoes network maintenance. Accessing Blackboard and performing work in courses could be unreliable during this period. Please plan ahead.
Please contact the Open SUNY HelpDesk by submitting a help request ticket if you experience any technical difficulties after the maintenance period. You can contact the CTS Help Desk at [email protected] or 315-312-3456 during business hours starting at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5.
