Microcredential

Grain Testing & Analysis

The Grain Lab, which began operation in 2015, has begun offering an 11-credit microcredential program to our current students who are interested in the agricultural sciences with practice experiences and specialized knowledge in applied testing of grain grading and analysis. It prepares students to develop analytical skills in grain analysis and testing. Students in Biology, Chemistry, Zoology or related majors would benefit from specializing in this area. Supported by the Chemistry program, students will receive academic support and assessment and complete an internship throughout the year, including summers.
