STEAM Camp Instructor Application

Since 2017, SUNY Oswego’s STEAM Camp has offered an exciting, interactive summer program for students aged 5-14, immersing them in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. The camp introduces hands-on learning in high-demand fields like coding, robotics, game design, science exploration, and creative arts. With a mix of small group projects, each day presents new activities that spark curiosity and foster key skills for the future. Students gain practical abilities in tech and design while also developing essential 21st-century skills like teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking.

This summer, we are looking to offer courses in any of the following realms:

  • Science
  • Technology
  • Engineering
  • Art
  • Math

Instructors will teach the same group for half of the day, and teach another group for the second half of the day (repeat the lesson), for all five days of each week of the program. Special activities will be scheduled throughout the week that each group will have an opportunity to attend.
