As an Academic Planning Coordinator, I provide creative and personalized solutions through academic advising to help all students succeed. I work with students individually to empower them to develop academic objectives to reach their personal and career goals.
Prior to joining SUNY Oswego in December 2021, I worked in student affairs at Southern Connecticut State University and the University of Massachusetts Lowell. My experiences have allowed me to work with non-traditional, international, residential, undergraduate, and graduate students with a wide variety of needs. I am a strong advocate for social justice and engagement to support students' experiences.
I hold a Master of Education Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Georgia College and State University. I grew up in central Iowa and Georgia. I enjoy traveling domestically and internationally, along with finding new foods to enjoy with family and friends.
