Michael spent 21 years in the military and as such, has a strong background in leadership and achieving tough organizational goals within challenging environments. Michael has worked with a diverse body of individuals throughout his career and has an extensive background in supervision, mentoring, coaching, counseling, and training. At Extended Learning, he is the Training and Professional Development Facilitator. Michael is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support professional growth and organizational development.
Michael understands the importance of a healthy organization and knows that it begins with a strong and devoted workforce. He understands that honing one’s leadership and interpersonal skills is crucial to the success of not only an organization but to an individual as well. Michael is looking forward to helping build a strong core of professionals within the State of New York, which will undoubtedly bolster communities and the overall quality of life of its residents.
