Human Services Leadership Institute

The Human Services Leadership Institute is a competency-based program that provides new supervisors and aspiring supervisors with answers to common concerns and questions using real work examples and situations. Participants will learn skills to negotiate through conflict, techniques for work and project management, and methods for accomplishing personal and professional goals. The program currently includes two tiers of workshops designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of new and aspiring supervisors: Tier 1 - Self and Relationship Management; and Tier 2 - Supervisory Skill Development.
