Overview

This microcredential provides a focused foundation in leadership and supervisory practice for new and aspiring supervisors in human services settings. Designed as a competency-based program, it builds skills in conflict navigation, work and project management, and personal and professional goal setting through real workplace examples. Organized in two tiers — Self and Relationship Management and Supervisory Skill Development — coursework supports the development of effective supervisory knowledge and skills.
