Laura Kelly joined SUNY Oswego in April 2010. In her current role, she provides leadership, direction and overall management of alumni engagement for the university, and also serves as the university’s primary liaison to the Oswego Alumni Association, Inc. to oversee all aspects of the operation of that 501(C)(3) not-for-profit corporation. Laura also serves as the Publisher of the OSWEGO Magazine, and provides leadership and direction for all alumni engagement communication.
Laura received a B.A. in Public Relations from SUNY Oswego in 2009, and served as a student employee within the Office of Development and Alumni Engagement during that time. After graduating, Laura dabbled in wedding, social and corporate event planning with The Events Company in Syracuse, N.Y., before returning to her alma mater in 2010 as the Associate Director of Alumni and Parent Relations. Laura transitioned to the role of Director of Alumni and Parent Relations in 2013, and moved to her current role in 2019.
