Having held positions as Senior Caseworker and Services Training Coordinator at the local Dept. of Social Services, Sarah has a strong background in supervision, mentoring, coaching, and training and development. At OBCR, she is the lead trainer and curriculum developer. Sarah strives to help others and is passionate about training and onboarding. She is experienced in providing in-person and virtual training for large and small groups, coaching frontline and supervisory staff for success, designing and implementing relevant training curricula, infusing on-the-job learning for skill development and mastery. In addition to this work, Sarah oversees and facilitates Leadership Oswego County. This nine-month program is designed to develop a group of local leaders who will apply their collective experiences and skills to broaden our community's vision and improve the quality of life for residents.

Education

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wells College in Psychology. Sarah is active in the community and is on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Oswego County, and is a member of the Zonta Club of Oswego.
