Ticket Sales Policies

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets.

Canceled or rescheduled events
Canceled events: If an event is canceled, refunds for that event will be available for a limited time as announced. Refunds for a canceled event will only be processed during a specified and limited time. After this time period has passed, refunds for the canceled event will no longer be issued.

Rescheduled events: If an event must be rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original event date will be honored on the new event date. Refunds for a rescheduled event will only be processed during a specified and limited time. After this time period has passed, refunds for the rescheduled event will no longer be issued.

Inclement weather: Only during extreme inclement weather conditions will events be canceled or postponed. Rain or snow, in and of themselves, are not considered inclement weather. Ticket holders will be notified via email and text SMS for updated information on event changes/cancellations.

Lost/stolen/defaced thermal/paper tickets 
Lost, stolen, or defaced paper tickets will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.  Customers are encouraged to utilize their e-tickets as a their primary form of event access.  Detailed steps on accessing your e-tickets can be found at: 


Will call
Will call tickets may be picked up at the Marano Campus Center Box Office ticket window or the Tyler Box Office ticket window during regular ticket window hours or at the event venue starting a minimum of 60 minutes prior to the event. Will call services are not available at the Downtown Box Office location. Please call the box office as will Call hours will vary by event. Patrons picking up will call tickets must present a photo ID.

Please note that the Marano Campus Center Box Office will be open two hours prior to the start of men's hockey games.

The following discounts may be available on an event-by-event basis. 

SUNY Oswego students: Currently registered SUNY Oswego students who have paid certain fees are eligible for one ticket per event at the discounted price when available when submitting/using your Laker ID.  ID must be present at walk up windows or use anytime on mobile devices at

Groups: Groups are recognized as 10 or more people attending the same event. Group tickets are not available online.

Children's tickets
We encourage parents to introduce their children to SUNY Oswego events/activities when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject and nature of the event; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them.

Children of all ages are required to have a ticket to attend ticketed events. This requirement is in effect to meet fire code regulations and to ensure the comfort of all patrons. Certain events (e.g., Laker hockey and basketball contests) do make a free “lap pass” available for children under 5 years age who do not require their own seat. Lap passes will be issued on event night only when walk up windows open.

Per SUNY Policy, all children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Group ticket discounts
Events have tickets available at discount prices for groups of 10 or more. Group tickets can be purchased at the ticket window or online when available. 

Online customers are issued e-tickets for all events.  E-tickets contain a QR code that will be scanned at the entrance to the event venue. Instructions on accessing your e-ticket/QR code 

Additional notes

  • Box office locations may be open extended hours on event days. Window hours are updated weekly and can be viewed on  Inclement weather or summer/winter recess hours will be posted seasonally as needed.
  • Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the management.
  • Each person, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter an event.
  • "Reservations" are no longer accepted.
