**Governor Andrew M. Cuomo released on Feb. 19, 2021 "Supplemental Guidance for COVID-19 Containment at Higher Education Institutions During the Public Health Emergency" for infection rates and testing protocols on college campuses. Colleges and universities testing at least 25 percent of total on-campus students, faculty and staff weekly will not be required to go on pause unless their positivity rate exceeds 5 percent during a rolling 14-day period.

***Quarantine occurs when a symptomatic person or close contact of an infected person is awaiting testing or test results. Isolation occurs when a person tests positive for COVID-19.
