As the Program Coordinator with the Office of Business and Community Relations Sarah brings with her vast experience working with the public and families in need. As an Oswego County native, Sarah has seen the strengths and needs of this community first hand and has worked in partnership with our community providers to address the pressing needs of our most vulnerable populations. She spent 13 years working in the services division for Oswego County Department of Social Services. During this time she took on many roles from Caseworker to the Services Training Coordinator. Sarah strives to help others and is very passionate about the training and onboarding program she had developed for Oswego County DSS. She brings with her experience in training both adults and youth in various settings. She is always looking for ways to improve processes and streamline day-to-day operations. Sarah sees challenges as an opportunity for growth and is always looking to support others in achieving their full potential.
Sarah is a graduate of Wells College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In addition, Sarah has completed numerous training courses relevant to her current role which include Leadership & Coaching as well as Transformational Communication
